Hidrostal (GB) also incorporates Bedford Pumps Ltd & Hidrostal Ltd who together offer a complementary range of pumping solutions from 5 to 15,000 litres per second.
Bedford Pumps are a flexible, highly experienced British manufacture of robust pumping plant for the water and wastewater industry as well as one of the few UK pump manufacturers with a predominantly British supply chain. Their pumps are built onsite to meet demanding specifications relating to reliability, performance and environmental regulations.

Hidrostal Ltd was established in the UK in 1980. The UK division order the bare shaft pumps from the factory in Switzerland and customise them to specification. This includes the fitting of seals, local manufacture of drive assemblies for vertical sump pumps, fabrication of baseplates for horizontal units and assembly to UK procured motors and couplings.
